Received the wrong necklace and poor support

I paid extra for a Sterling Silver Necklace but received a gold-plated one instead. When I raised my issue, I was told that since the base metal is sterling silver, it met my payment. I specifically chose sterling silver due to my allergy to yellow gold. Although I initially enjoyed the candle's scent, the jewelry was not what I expected. The customer service was disappointing; my request for a refund on the extra charge for sterling silver was denied. I won't be purchasing from them again!

It seems this company may have stopped operating

Unfortunately, it appears this company may have ceased operations. The only aspect still functioning is their bank account, which had no issue taking money from mine. I placed an order on January 6, 2026, with a confirmation email, but since then, there has been no communication despite my attempts to email and call. I received an automated reply stating that their staff was on holiday until January 5. Be cautious if you're considering placing an order with this company.

Don't waste your money

I have been purchasing these candles for years, but they have deteriorated over time! Initially, they smell nice, but once lit, the fragrance is weak and fades completely after the first burn unless you get really close to it. I've had to reach out to customer service multiple times because the jewelry has arrived damaged. The necklace broke, and a diamond was missing from the ring. Although they replaced the items, this shouldn't happen, especially considering the price! I've also had issues with two teddies that are supposed to hold scented bags. Both required stitching as they fell apart. One teddy was a huge comfort to my special needs child during our move, and now I need to find a replacement because customer service is ignoring my emails. I don't usually write reviews, but after previously giving them a positive one, I feel compelled to share my honest experience after waiting over a month for a response. I recommend looking elsewhere for candles and jewelry.

From 5 stars to a nightmare!

What started as a 5-star experience quickly turned into a nightmare! The candle itself was stunning and smelled wonderful, but once lit, the gift wrapping melted onto the necklace, causing it to snap and the pendant to come off. I will never buy from them again!

Jewelry quality has declined

I've had several of these candles over the years, and while they still smell lovely and the scent lasts, the prices have increased while the jewelry quality has decreased significantly. I just unwrapped a necklace that's too small for an adult, and the ring I received last week looks cheap with sharp edges. It's disappointing because I used to own beautiful pieces from them. I likely won't treat myself to another one and will stick to regular scented candles.

Order placed but still waiting for delivery

I placed an order on November 11 for nearly £100, expecting delivery within 3-5 days. It's now December 15, and I still have no updates despite reaching out to their support twice. After filing a complaint with the payment platform, I finally received a tracking number for delivery. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Terrible customer service experience

I should have heeded the reviews! My item never arrived, and when I emailed the company, they didn't respond even after the 72 hours they suggest waiting. Their customer service is appalling! They take your money but don't care about problems afterward. I eventually contacted my bank and got a refund, which was processed quickly. I won't buy from them again, and I will warn others not to either. It's unfortunate because I had a good experience with them previously, but this time was completely different, and their customer care is unacceptable! Stay away and shop elsewhere.

Delivery delays despite paying extra

I paid £5 for delivery, but it took 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered well in advance for a birthday gift (10 days ahead), but it embarrassingly didn't arrive on time. While I understand holiday rushes, ordering in mid-November shouldn't cause such delays. If you plan to order, give yourself a month to be safe.

Poor product and customer support

I bought one of these for nearly £40 as a gift, but it didn't burn properly. When I contacted customer service, they blamed the short wicks and provided a complicated solution involving a hairdryer. I found this unacceptable for an expensive candle and requested a replacement, but my inquiry was ignored. The product and customer service are both terrible.
