Ordered jewelled candles x2 on 19/11/24 as a gift for my granddaughter. Communication with customer services has been ongoing and very slow to respond. It has now been well over 3 weeks since I first placed my first order and to date there are no reassurances that my order is on its way. Imperial Candles this is NOT the way to run a business. I was informed yesterday that my order has been sent to production and dispatch managers team. . What have IC been doing for the past 3 weeks? This company is awful so many delay's. From a personal point of view I shall never recommend or use this company again. Beyond belief.It’s now 7 days after I first sent my review and I have still not received my candles.
