I recently received my cast iron teapot with infuser and am disappointed for several reasons: First, the teapot is made in China. It seems of reasonable quality, but the infuser feels cheap and fragile. Second, as a first-time customer, I expected some literature about their products, possibly with a small discount, but I received nothing—just the product and box. Very disappointing. I won't be purchasing any further tea or coffee from this company.
