I'm surprised to see only one review for this company! I've been using their services in-store and online for nearly 15 years and have always been impressed by the range and consistent quality of their products (mainly teas, as I don't drink coffee). Ordering and delivery are fast, and they offer a sort of loyalty program. On the rare occasions I've had to call, any issues were handled swiftly and courteously. My only complaint would be about the courier service; the last few deliveries involved a rather unpleasant person who insists on calling me 'pal,' which I find off-putting. However, that doesn't detract from my overall positive experience.
