Dresses are decent, but returning items is a nightmare.

The dresses are decent, but returning items is a major hassle with no support from the store. You must print the label yourself and cover the delivery and insurance costs. For an item priced around 40 EUR, you might end up spending 7-20 EUR just to return it. It hardly seems worth the trouble, leading to a decision to return items but never shop here again. Even though it's an online clothing store where customers can only determine their size after purchasing, this seems irrelevant to them. This is a flawed business model that places the burden on the customer.
