The ONLY shipping Impericon offers is UPS. On top of this high cost shipping, when tariffs started, UPS started charging outrageous broker fees on top of mischarging tariffs.
When my items arrived damaged (posters not even in tubes jammed into a too small box with other items free floating), Impericon did not even do the bare minimum of replacing or fully refunding. (A common issue I have seen with other customers.)
I happened to have Impericon open in a tab and saw the site update with some new merch, which I immediately ordered, before it was announced anywhere. Despite having to be one of the first orders, I watched other people receive the item while mine hadn't even shipped. Then, fourteen days after I ordered, I received an out of stock notice. This is a cardinal sin for any retail company ESPECIALLY on a pre-order item. Then they didn't even refund the full amount I was charged! The next day they had my item back in stock, so I would have to pay additional shipping, broker fee and tariffs for a second order.
It's GILDAN 50/50 cotton/poly blend on some merch, its very bad quality. They don't hide it's GILDAN, but you will most likely be disappointed for the price you're paying. Very fast delivery though.
Impericon is an absolutely wonderful online store providing metal fans and fashionistas alike with amazing band merchandise, stylish outerwear, and alternative lifestyle clothing. I am always thrilled to scroll through their entire inventory of new pullover hoodies and winter wear, and I always find something that catches my eye. I’ve made numerous amount of purchases from their web store and their checkout process provides access to both PayPal and Apple Pay, and overseas shipping to the United States is extremely quick. I would 100% recommend Impericon to all fellow metal enthusiasts, and I would also love to thank the entire Impericon team for all they do. Truly a godsend, Impericon is!
I paid $66 for an Architects hoodie. Impericon and UPS charged me $39 for shipping. I paid it. A week later, I get an email saying my order is ready but NOW I have to pay a $34 TARIFF fee. That means I paid $73 in total shipping for an item that only cost $66!!! That is serious bullshit because neither Impericon or UPS told me about the additional tariff bullshit AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE, ONLY AFTER PURCHASE.
They held it hostage! I put this one on Murica, and UPS. Way to go, Trump. Brilliant. Just brilliant.
I placed my order on November 27th, and as of December 28th, it has just now cleared customs. I ordered two separate items from another country that arrived within 14 days each. This service has been frustrating, and I still haven't received my items. The shipping costs are already quite high. I'm really disappointed.
The dresses are decent, but returning items is a major hassle with no support from the store. You must print the label yourself and cover the delivery and insurance costs. For an item priced around 40 EUR, you might end up spending 7-20 EUR just to return it. It hardly seems worth the trouble, leading to a decision to return items but never shop here again. Even though it's an online clothing store where customers can only determine their size after purchasing, this seems irrelevant to them. This is a flawed business model that places the burden on the customer.
