I bought 3 chains. One was too small, and I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. It's still in its plastic wrap. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that returning it for an exchange would void the warranty – even though they stated, 'This replacement will not have our Lifetime Warranty.' I mentioned this would be my one exchange, yet they still won't honor the warranty. I just purchased this last week. Terrible customer service.
