COMPANY IS VERY SHADY AND IF YOU TRY AND RETURN THEY WILL SEND YOU PICTURES FROM DAMAGED CHAINS. I NEVER TOOK OUT OF THE BOX. WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT HOW DISHONEST THEY WERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ELSEWHERE.
I would NOT get any chains or necklaces here. They are dainty and break easily within the first week of buying a gold chain here it had snapped without being handled roughly or tugged at or anything. It was for my husband for Christmas. His first outing with it on and it just fell off. It is overpriced jewelry that breaks off easily. Rip off. They don't respond to emails when you are reaching out to them about the broken product. They told me that all solid gold is sold as is and final. They didn't offer to fix or nothing. If you are looking to purchase real gold please do not shop with Imperium. I spent $389 on a necklace and it was so tiny and broke without a warning. Gave 1 star because it arrived fast but please BEWARE!!!!
Fantastic value for the quality of chains available. I struggled to choose which chain to purchase. Ultimately, I went with a Miami Cuban Chain and I can confidently say it was the right decision. Totally satisfied. Great service that I would recommend.
I placed my order over 10 days ago. A week after being told it had shipped, it was still waiting for a UPS pick-up. The support team offered no assistance. Meanwhile, I received numerous promotional emails. I cannot see any reason to engage with this company again – they have been nothing but problematic.

I bought 3 chains. One was too small, and I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. It's still in its plastic wrap. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that returning it for an exchange would void the warranty – even though they stated, 'This replacement will not have our Lifetime Warranty.' I mentioned this would be my one exchange, yet they still won't honor the warranty. I just purchased this last week. Terrible customer service.
