Customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered something from them and cancelled the next day due to exorbitant shipping cost. They finally replied to my cancellation request over two weeks after I contacted them. The problem being that the order has been shipped over a week ago. But They will send me a label! oh what wonderful news!These people suffer from gross incompetence do not attempt at doing business with them: they are insufferable!
