*BUYERS BEWARE* I gave two stars because the merchandise is beautiful nothing more!!! April 2024 I ordered the Rgb Bling Collection Vanity mirror retailed at $499 however it was a sale so I got it for $350. When I set up the mirror I realized immediately how dim the lighting was so there was no way I would be able to put on makeup using it so basically I bought a pretty mirror nothing more. 6 weeks later the lights stopped working completely so I reached out to customer service and they said that I would have to send it back but I have to pay for the shipping. Once I found out how much it cost to ship I decided not to return it and just purchase a small vanity mirror with lights that I could sit on top of the vanity table and spend less money. My issue is that mirror was part of a newly featured collection so why would I have any electrical issues so soon smh. My last vanity mirror with Hollywood lights was still going strong after five years so this wasn’t cool at all. Fast forward to April 2025 I decided to purchase the Layla Vanity bench on April 15th and hadn’t heard anything from Impressions on the status of my order after emailing customer service. So I contacted my bank and started an investigation then low and behold the same day I finally get an email response stating that they’re moving to another warehouse so orders are now taking longer to process. So why wasn’t that information available right before customers submit payment? They expect us to have patience without giving us acknowledgment of a delay before hand. Yesterday my order was canceled by the company but on the message it says at my request which is an absolute LIE and absurd! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere there are other vanity companies and places to purchase vanities with extremely better customer service!!!! Spend your money where it is appreciated because you definitely won’t get good customer service here! Oh and I am still awaiting my damn refund!!!
Update: I placed this order at the end of March. Mind you I have tried to be very patient. It is now 23 days and my issue has not been resolved. Between route (the insurance I PAID FOR) and the company have been unable to resolve my issue. I requested a replacement through route coverage. And the company sent me yet ANOTHER broken item. I really needed this for my business. After the second broken item I ask for a resolution. I was approved to recieve refund. Today was the day I was supposed to recieve my refund. Now Route is saying that Vanity Impressions has my refund on hold because they are requesting further information. I am so frustrated. All I ever wanted was this case to be able to do my work. 😢😞 it has been 30 days since I ordered this fyi I would love to be a repeat customer, but my initial order shipped right away but my replacement order with the route coverage that I PAID FOR has yet to ship. It now has been going on to 11 days since I requested my replacement. It was approved, but the order is just sitting there. It is not fair because I paid for the extra coverage in case my order was damaged. The mirror was broken & I filed a route claim. It processed fast but like I mentioned, my replacement order has yet to even ship nor be prepared. When i first ordered, that initial order was shipped out & recieved almost under 1 week. I really hope that they make things right. I have been patient.
I ordered a makeup case after seeing an ad for it online. 16 days later it still hadn’t shipped. I reach out via email, which took 2 days for a response asking about a shipment time and asked if they shipped directly from China. I noted if they did I was okay with that, I just needed to know so I could better estimate a shipping time once it reach the US. They responded that they do not ship from China, and ship from a warehouse in California and would do so 7-10 business days from the date of purchase, which they did not do. Today is business day 12 and the item was still not shipped. Based on the review rating I decided to play it safe with my money and not wait any longer as any legit business would make sure to promptly ship an item that is advertised as in stock. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got a prompt refund. It’s sad because I really wanted the item, but the way the business operates could be much better. They have extremely poor shipping time which is not okay if the product isn’t being shipped directly from China.
This company has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered 9 items, many of which are Christmas gifts, on 11/28 and saw that the date of delivery was promised to be between 7-10 business days which was fine with me because that would arrive in plenty of time before Christmas, or so I thought! The window of 10 business days had long passed without even a notification of my order being shipped. I tried contacting the company via email and phone several times with no response! The phone number doesn’t even have any type of voicemail message or anything by the way, what kind of company is this?? Super unprofessional! One day I was finally able to reach someone on the phone and they promised that my order would be expedited since it was well past the 7-10 business days. I had to follow up 2 more times after that before I finally got a notification that my order was shipped. I finally receive my order on 12/27 (AFTER Christmas!) and come to find that although the email said all 9 of my items were delivered, I had only received 1/9 of my items! I contact someone on the phone again and they confirm that the warehouse only scanned the one item that was delivered and again they would “expedite” the process to get the rest of my 8 items delivered. It is now another week later 01/03 and I have still yet to receive any confirmation that the rest of my 8 items have shipped and I also cannot reach anyone on the phone. The whole time I was fighting this battle by the way, I kept receiving marketing emails from the company stating that “West Coast order by 12/19 to receive your order by Christmas!” Yeah right! Don’t order from this company unless you have the time and energy to go back and fourth with customer service for weeks and also if you don’t want to actually receive the expensive items you ordered!
I am beyond disappointed with the Impressions Vanity SlayStation Pro. For a piece of furniture costing over $1,500, I expected much higher quality and a smoother overall experience. Instead, it arrived in what felt like 500 pieces with cheap screws and extremely limited instructions.It took my wife and me over 6 hours to put it together, and by the end, our fingers were sore from dealing with the subpar materials. The quality is shockingly poor—it’s made in China, which is blatantly displayed on the box. From what I can tell, this company is simply a third-party reseller of flat-pack furniture from China, marking it up significantly and shipping it out.To make matters worse, their customer service doesn’t exist. If you encounter issues or need assistance, don’t expect any support from this company.If you’re still considering buying one, my advice is to use a credit card—at least you’ll have some protection if you’re as disappointed as I am.Save yourself the frustration. Not worth the money, time, or hassle.
I received basically a partial refund of $16 for an order I placed for $30. The item was originally priced at $16, but I had paid for additional costs to expedite its delivery before the Christmas holiday. It did not come before then. It didn't come at all and I am dissatisfied. It is unacceptable that the company did not inform me that the item was out of stock throughout the transaction process.
If I could give negative star rating I would. Customer service is terrible! I will not be purchasing from impressions ever again. I placed my initial order for this mirror on October 10th. It arrived by the end of October damaged. I reached out for a replacement shortly after. One was promised to be shipped October 19th. That ordered did not move for WEEKS and by now it is November. I reached out again and was promised a replacement for my replacement would be shipped around November 13th... I waited AGAIN and by Nov 27th no tracking or any indication it was shipped. I emailed customer service again to say I waited well over a week for a replacement to even be sent and over month for this problem to be fixed.... still no shipment information or tracking progress. I requested a refund for my initial order. The response I received was a apology and a coupon for a measly %10 off. I told them I was not interested in a coupon and requested a refund. I got no response!!!!!!! It is now december and I get a email that another replacement ( for my replacement's replacement') has been "sent" I have a migraine at this point. I don't want the mirror. I went on amazon and found one that was way cheaper than my initial purchase and works great. Don't waste your money and play email tag with this company it is NOT worth it.
