This is one of the worst credit card experiences I have ever had. My account was suddenly closed without any warning or attempt to resolve the issue.
Customer support is practically nonexistent. You don’t speak to a real human, only canned responses and generic explanations.
The card looks premium, but the service behind it is extremely amateur and unreliable.
They advertise flexibility, but the moment your spending increases, they shut you down instead of communicating.
No prior notice, no chance to correct anything, no transparency — just an abrupt account closure.
Completely unsuitable for anyone who actually travels or spends regularly.
Policies are enforced aggressively, but customer communication is shockingly poor.
This card caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my finances with zero accountability from the issuer.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this card unless they want the risk of sudden shutdowns.
There are far better banks and card issuers that treat customers with respect — this is not one of them.
