Horrible customer service, and very delayed delivery. I ordered koozies for my aunts 70th birthday two weeks in advance. Upon checkout, the estimated delivery date was a date that was 1.5 weeks away from the party. Perfect- I bought them. When I checked my order status at the two week mark, which was on June 17th, the expected delivery date hadn’t changed, it advised June 14th was the delivery date. So the delivery date was never updated, as I checked on it on the 17th but the order status said it has been delivered three days prior, which it had not! I understand the delivery date is an estimate, but after calling customer service to inquire about the delivery status not being changed, they would not give me a new delivery date, refused to give us a refund as our event had already past and the koozies were no longer useful to us, or we even suggested a partial refund for the discrepancy of delivery date. Neither of those they would accommodate. They couldn’t give me an updated delivery date, just kept telling me to refer back to the order status. The koozies finally arrived two weeks AFTER all of that, so basically a month after I ordered them. If you do choose to order from this horrible website, be advised that the “estimated delivery date” will probably be two weeks after that estimated date. So now we have $100 worth of koozies that my aunt never got and will never be used, and we will never see $1 refund back from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
