I followed all their refund instructions, but it's been a long time with no response or refund.Honestly, this experience has been very disappointing. The program made big promises but didn't deliver on them, and their support team completely ignored my refund request.I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing anything from Impulse. Based on my experience, this looks like a scam , and I don't want others to lose their hard-earned money like I did.
