I purchased bookkeeping training for $19. However, after realizing it wasn't what I expected, I requested a refund and they still haven't paid me back. I followed all their refund instructions, but it's been a long time with no response or refund.Honestly, this experience has been very disappointing. The program made big promises but didn't deliver on them, and their support team completely ignored my refund request.I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing anything from Impulse. Based on my experience, this looks like a scam , and I don't want others to lose their hard-earned money like I did.
Super sketchy in that they reel you in with the promise of free trail and before you even think about it your bombarded with questions and with out realizing it your answering them only to come to the end and then want the results out email In click this put In card for free trial! Yeah right next thing you know your charged 20! And when you immediately contact them and say hey this is not right I don’t want the service and I don’t care about your results I want nothing to do with your service you’ll be told yeah well that’s the breaks your being charged and not refunded they know they are a scam that’s why they don’t care of you use the service just crooks!
Truly my 1 star rating is somewhat frivolous because I never paid the $19 to start working remote from home. My radar immediately went up when she got to that part of the video. Actually my suspicions were high during the whole video, it all sounded toooo good to be true. So this is not a rating, this is a THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to write an honest review about this scam. You didn't just save me $19, but you saved me time, frustration, heartache and peace of mind. A million thank you's to everyone who left a review. THIS is exactly what we need!
Its a scam, the training fee you ask for of 17 dollars, you end up taking people's asses for 34 dollars, I just need to do a trustpilot review about you too, I'm done with you, it's pure fraud, introduction video that was supposed to take 7 minutes took closer to 10, 17 dollars became 34 dollars, how can you expect people to trust you when you are untrustworthy like that, I can prove it all.
Firstly, it’s a scam. After paying the $19, there is a training on using canva and instagram. Very basic. After that, there are no job opportunities at all, as the job scanner keeps loading endlessly. They claim you can get a refund if you want out but it’s a lie. All the emails and support platforms they put out there are not legit. So after paying the money, you cannot contact them and your money will not be refunded.
