I ordered two DVDs on December 2nd. Although the site mentioned 'product to order' in small print, I accepted that. They confirmed my order but didn't mention the lengthy delivery time. After several days without updates, I checked the order status and saw they had only received one DVD. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested shipment of that one, the customer service representative argued with me, claiming this was typical during the holiday season. I kept emailing, insisting they ship the first DVD, but they continued to respond dismissively. By the 19th, two days after they received the second DVD, they still hadn't shipped my complete order. The website was unclear (arguably my fault), but their handling of partial deliveries and customer communication was poor. This led me to give a one-star review. I even mentioned to the customer service agent that their attitude suggested they might be in the wrong job. Update: They accused me of lying in my review without providing evidence. I have proof that they haven't shipped my items as claimed. I would advise staying away from this service.
