I opted for the 'pay later' option in good faith, expecting to utilize the free trial as advertised. After canceling during the trial, I was still charged. The responses from the support team were unhelpful, suggesting I reach out to my bank for a refund instead of addressing the issue directly. In light of this experience, I felt compelled to share my dissatisfaction publicly.
