I purchased iMyFone AnyGo to use its features with iOS. I expected it to be easy to use—for example, when teleporting to a location, I thought I would be able to simply press a reset button to return to my original location immediately. However, that was not the case. If your iOS version is higher than iOS 16, there is no button to reset your location back to the current position. You have to restart your phone, which can be very time-consuming when performing each action.
However, I contacted the support team, and they assisted me by arranging a 50% refund. I understand their reasons for not being able to provide a 100% refund, and I truly appreciate their support. Especially the staff member named Kiki, she/he helped me very well in negotiating this refund. I hope to use your other services again in the future.
I wanted to give the MirrorTo app a try for my phone that's screen had cracked so when my new phone came I could operate it. The "lifetime" option had a 3 day Free Trial so I thought I would give it a try.
The app worked less than ideal (the clicking functionality was very hit or miss and frustrating to work with at times) and I decided it wasn't worth keeping so I went to cancel before the 3 day free trial.
I went to cancel my alleged 3 day free trial only to find there is no option to cancel. I contacted support and was offered a 30% and then a 50% refund.
This is a scummy company - you should not have to go to battle with customer service to cancel a 3 day free trial only to be offered a partial refund. If there was no 3 day free trial advertised I would have never purchased the product.
I bought a subscription close to 6 months ago. My computer took a dump maybe 2 months later. I reached out today and they hooked me up with another device slot after hearing my story on it.

My experience with the free trial has been frustrating. Despite attempting to cancel within the trial period, I was informed that the payment could not be prevented. I received multiple emails indicating that a charge was on the way, even after I canceled. I was told to keep my card short of funds to avoid the charge, which is not a viable solution. I opted for the 'pay later' option in good faith, expecting to utilize the free trial as advertised. After canceling during the trial, I was still charged. The responses from the support team were unhelpful, suggesting I reach out to my bank for a refund instead of addressing the issue directly. In light of this experience, I felt compelled to share my dissatisfaction publicly.

I had been facing challenges with the USB-Pro feature for several weeks and chose to reach out to the support team. The problem was that after I stopped using USB-Pro Mirroring and closed the developer app on my device, it wouldn't work after a reboot and kept reinstalling the necessary software instead. This shouldn't be necessary, as it should function for seven days before requiring reinstallation. The representative offered advice that didn't resolve the issue, and eventually suggested a virtual remote session. During this session, certain Apple support applications were uninstalled and reinstalled, which surprisingly fixed the problem even after a reboot. I encountered the same issue on my laptop, and applying the same solution meant I didn't need to reinstall the developer app. Now, on the third day, everything is still functioning well on my PC. Thanks to the representative and the research team for assisting me in resolving this matter. I hope they can determine why the installer from their platform caused this issue and necessitated the uninstallation and reinstallation of those Apple applications.
