This is my ID - 7375337, request number 19891363. I deposited 6,000 INR, but the customer service has been terrible. They have given me multiple dates to resolve the issue, yet nothing has been done. This is hard-earned money, and if they can't solve the problem easily, why promise to do so? They have also disabled the messaging section for complaints.
