It has been more than 45 days now that they are intentionally delaying my account verification. First they stopped me from withdrawing my money, why did you not ask for verification when I was depositing money you thieves. I deposited 5,000 via UPI on Feb 3rd. It has been 16 days and the money is still not credited to my account. I have emailed them multiple times and provided the UTR (603440209408), but I only get automated replies telling me to "be patient." This is a complete lack of coordination between support and admin.
