I deposited 5200 INR successfully, then stepped out for a bit. Upon returning and checking my account, the money was gone. The support team claims I initiated chargebacks on random transactions without providing any evidence. They refuse to share any documentation or transaction details and simply lie. Now they insist I remove the chargebacks to retrieve my funds. I have not filed any chargebacks! Please send me proof of these alleged chargebacks via email, which I know you won't because I haven't done any. This is utterly shameful.
