I lost my balance of 5200 rupees after making a deposit. I went out for a while and when I checked my account, it showed 0. I hadn't placed any bets or done anything with the account. When I raised a request, they claimed I filed a chargeback, which I did not. I asked them for proof and provided my own evidence, but now they haven't responded for 4 days. Please avoid using this platform. I checked with my bank about chargebacks, and they confirmed there were none. I sent them the email proof on December 8th, but they still haven't replied. Very frustrating.
