I deposited 5,000 via UPI on Feb 3rd. It has been 16 days and the money is still not credited to my account. I have emailed them multiple times and provided the UTR (603440209408), but I only get automated replies telling me to "be patient." This is a complete lack of coordination between support and admin. If you value your money, do not deposit here. They hold your funds and refuse to provide a timeline. Resolve this immediately.
