DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an item and after a month, the package just stopped moving and tracking status was never updated. I normally don't care if a package is coming from overseas and always allow ample time (if I know ahead of time that is the origin - this is not evident on their site nor in the checkout process). Crazy part is I ordered separate items from other companies on same day that came from Australia and China and they arrived weeks ago. I reached out to the company four times for updates and then after no response, requested a refund. Still no response. I will be filing a claim with my bank to refund the money that way because it's obvious this company has zero desire to have any repeat business.
