I've had four frustrating experiences with this service. The first provider dismissed my concerns about lymph node pain, suggesting ibuprofen and laughing when I mentioned I was breastfeeding and couldn't take it. The second time, I was promised a prescription for an acute issue but waited five hours without receiving it, leading to another missed day at work. On my third call for a UTI, the provider focused on breastfeeding instead of addressing my actual need. The fourth experience was for my child; while the provider could see us, we couldn't see her, and she blamed us for the issue without trying to fix it. Now, I'm still waiting for a doctor's note for school that was supposed to be issued immediately, only to receive a poorly signed note claiming I hadn't consented to share information. This service has been nothing but negative for me, and thankfully, my insurance allows me to use a different telehealth provider.
