Terrible company

Terrible company. The worst customer service. They are supposed to help you with insurance claims but they are absolutely untrained and unknowable about that. When you open a claim with them, nobody follows up. The so called “claims specialists” are clueless and leave all issues open for months and don’t follow up to resolve it. When I call to escalate the issues because nobody helps me, they say that someone will call me but nobody does. The worst part is that because Included Health are contracted with my employe to help with insurance claims, my insurance would not speak to me directly. Thousands of dollars of claims are left unresolved and I have to pay for all that. This company needs to be closed. They are an absolute scam!
