No-show doctors, buggy web application, slow support

I scheduled a virtual appointment with one of their providers, waited an hour for a 15-minute appointment, and the doctor never showed. There is no support for directly messaging a provider, for determining if they're running late and by how much, nor any recourse if the doctor simply doesn't show. After waiting on the line for customer service, they said they had no information for me but graciously agreed not to charge me for a missed appointment.Furthermore, even setting up my account was a struggle. After trying twice, I called technical support (waited on line for an hour), and they had to manually create my account.
