Order brown rug received green rug. I sent pictures to Mr Robert (claims department) and we came to conclusion that I needed to return the rug. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay a discounted shipping return fee. Why am i paying shipping fee when clearly it's states in the site that it was free shipping and 30 day return policy. He explain that rug is coming from.the manufacturer and he will send me a return label in a few days . Yes he did with a shipping return fee for me to pay 120 dollar. Seriously is he crazy. So I ask him how much did he have to pay to ship it to me . He said 75 dollars . SO WHY I HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE . HE SAYS BECAUSE THE RUG IS LONGER THAN WHAT WAS SHIP. HOW SO ? knowing that the rug was clearly the wrong color that was not my fault. But you are charging me $120 . This COMPANY IS STRAIGHT FRAUD !!!!!!! MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY . I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. FOR SURE. UNHEARD OF SUCH. A MESS . BUYERS PLEASE BEAWARE. FYI. Now he emails me to tell me that I also has to pay for insurance to ship the rug back. He never spoke about insurance until I question him today about the shipping return fee and that pissed him off so now he's trying to make sure and find any type of way not to refund me my money back.. at the beginning of our conversation he only told me to take a picture when fedex pick it up and also fedex would also send receipt that they pick it up from me . Since I called him on his fraud now he is telling me to pay for insurance on the rug. Unbelievable human. MR. ROBERT
