Due to health issues, I had to delay my payment by a month and informed the company with medical documentation. However, my account has been frozen. The issue I face is that my $3,200 has not been refunded, and I can't make reservations with my own funds. The platform only offers limited discounts on inflated prices, which is unfair. I want to emphasize that the $3,200 is my money, not a bonus, and I did not sign a contract. Blocking access to my funds due to a single documented delay is unacceptable. As a tourism business owner, I understand customer rights. I request either the reactivation of my account or a full refund. Any other solution is inadequate and restricts my access to my own funds. I am submitting this complaint hoping for a fair resolution; otherwise, I may pursue legal action.
