Last month, due to health issues, I had to delay my payment by one month and informed the company with medical documentation. However, my account was frozen. The main issue is that my deposited $3,200 has not been refunded, and I cannot make reservations with my own funds. The platform only offers limited discounts on inflated prices, which is unfair. I want to stress that the $3,200 is my money, not a bonus, and I did not sign any contract. Blocking access to my funds due to a single documented delay is unacceptable. As a tourism company owner, I understand how customer rights should be respected. I request either the reactivation of my account so I can use my funds for reservations or a full refund of my $3,200. Any other solution does not address the issue adequately, as it restricts my access to my own money. I am submitting this complaint in hopes of a fair resolution; otherwise, I may have to pursue my rights legally.

Very poor customer service. It's hard to reach them. There’s only one contact method on their website. I've sent multiple messages since September 2025 to access my unused membership savings for a Caribbean cruise in 2026 after canceling my membership, but they’ve ignored me. I can only use about 17% of my funds for bookings! I need to access all my money at once and avoid further dealings with this service. It's too much hassle. I have no intention of becoming a member again just to use my savings. Worst travel service I’ve encountered.

I've been a member for almost six years! Their terms and website change frequently, which is a major part of their deception. If you don't keep up with the fine details, they will take all your money. Initially, I paid $100 every three months for four years. Now it's $100 monthly. I didn't want to do it but complied since January, and after missing one payment, they closed my account 44 minutes late. $3,000 vanished. I was even warned about being seconds late. Autopay failed because my credit card expired, yet they had the expiration date. I tried to pay at 10:44 AM my time, but they use UTC, adding to the confusion. My account is canceled, and I assume they celebrate when they take your money. I’ve never engaged in an MLM scheme before, and I won’t again. I'm considering a class action and will share updates if I find legal representation.
