The pricing structure for customers is utterly BROKEN. It used to be more reasonable, where you didn’t pay for every person who just glanced at your ad, but now it feels greedy. Out of 200 resumes received and $1000 spent, only around 10 have relevant experience, and MAYBE 2-3 fit our actual criteria. Yet, we are charged for EVERY person who CAN'T READ THE JOB TITLE and applies. Why would someone apply for a specialized role if their background is in unrelated, entry-level jobs? Why should we bear the cost of this misunderstanding? Even 1 star seems too generous. This service may suit generic job postings, but it’s AWFUL for trade or professional roles, especially from an employer’s perspective.
