The customer charging method is fundamentally FLAWED. There used to be a more logical approach where you didn't pay for every person who merely viewed your ad, but now it feels overly greedy. Out of 200 resumes and $1000 spent, only about 10 have relevant experience, and MAYBE 2-3 meet our specific requirements. Yet, we pay for EVERY individual who CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE JOB TITLE and applies. Why would someone apply for a specialized role if their background is in unrelated entry-level jobs? And WHY should we bear the cost of this misunderstanding? Even 1 star feels too generous. This service might work for general job placements, but it’s TERRIBLE for anything related to trades or professional careers from an employer's viewpoint.
