We have relied on this service for nearly 20 years, but we've recently chosen to stop using it. Several issues have led us to believe that the platform is declining rather than improving. Firstly, they now limit users to just 3 free job postings per month. Once we reach this limit, we are compelled to pay significantly for any additional positions we need to fill. Secondly, the cost of sponsorship is excessively high and unacceptable. Each click on a job listing incurs a charge, yet most clicks do not lead to applications, regardless of the offered salary. The pay-per-click model is vastly overpriced and does not deliver satisfactory results. For example, sponsoring a role could cost us over a thousand, and we might end up with numerous clicks but no applications. This is where the service has faltered. The restriction on job postings and the push for costly sponsorships feels like an unfair demand on companies. It appears that this model is more about lining the pockets of leadership than providing value to users. We can no longer justify the expense of advertising here, as we struggle to find even one suitable candidate for every five job postings, whether sponsored or not. The platform has become a costly endeavor.
