Poor customer service. Ordered spare shelf for our new overn direct from Indesit/Hotpoint/Beko or whatever they call themselves these days, was told 2 weeks as part was not in stock, 8 weeks later still nothing so i phoned to cancel. Spnt agesgoing through their aut answering questions, entering my account details and verifying my account, then to be passed over to someone else, then had to be asked twice for my postcode and address details to finally cancel my order. They appeared NOT to care one bit!!
