Reasonable but when booking a repair, it seems that my contact was construed as an opportunity to sell me insurance for more appliances. The dishwasher magically started working while waiting for an engineer, but I'd otherwise have had to wait over a week
Brand new washer dryer went wrong after 2 weeks l keep getting messages saying they can't get parts. ..then while waiting it stopped working altogether .. l was passed around 9 times today l was informed that a replacement was authorised on the 6th of February by complaints..then the other departments said its not authorised yet another 5 days wait lm 71 in very poor health ..l can't use my hands to wash so I'm throwing clothing away costing me a fortune replacing them.. please don't buy from indesit lve rung them 7 times about it
Delivery of item was within the time slot offered; repair was done effciently on the day booked. Both sets technicians were courteous and careful in the prorperty. No complaints.
