Absolutely rude customer service. Leave you on seen, dont respond to all questions. Wanted to cancel my order, only ordered few minutes ago. They cancelled and refused to refund in my account. Was given a voucher. Used that for a night delivery. They never delivered and also have still not responded to my chat. Stay away from these scammers. I work in customer services and YOU CAN refund back in account. The gift voucher system is fraud
so they can keep your money. Horrible 1st experience.

I ordered from them and they couldn’t deliver it. They refunded me with voucher which I preferred not to as I my first experience was so bad so why I will order the second time from India cake. They never told me where they sent the voucher during whatsapp chat and they stopped responding although I was professionally chatting with them. My money is kept by them and not returned to me.

Never use their service. I ordered a cake with promised same day delivery. Not once did the staff reach out to me to tell me that they can't deliver the same day, or the next day, and I had to keep following up. They then cancelled my order without any intimation and gave me a coupon code. This is the worst service ever. DO NOT USE INDIACAKES
Real cheaters , this is fake and they will keep adding extra charges and will not deiver at all , stay away , big scam and all their customer support executives tells utter lies and will keep ypu waited ......As a proof Check the converations with Shazia and Sara over email and chat on 8th january aroung 7 pm
I have ordered a cake from them. And paid the money as they said as the final amount including the standard delivery charges they have shown. But after placing the order they are asking for an extra payment of 350 rs to deliver the cake. This is worst experience of me ordering something online. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money in my payment source which was also applicable for them. This is kind of fraud to take our money without doing anything. Never get into their trap
