The ordering process was good. However, on the day of delivery, I received an email saying that I need to pay additional delivery charges and that my order is on hold. I was utterly disappointed - how can you accept an order and then do this as the last moment? You have to tell the customer everything upfront at the time of ordering or I will order somewhere else. When I called for a refund next day, I was told that the order was delivered. So, while I was happy that it was delivered, the experience was really poor. Even the fact that it was delivered was never communicated to me - I received an email after two days about this.
