I was looking for a Copywrite service, the company representative Lokesh took me in confidence and made me make 8.5k payment and then went unresponsive for a week, when i reach customer support a received a call from Venkatesh who assigned me a few people, after that i came in touch with Anandi B and she has not idea about the work and asked me to draft everting and share with them for the service i was looking from her and not even provided Templates for reference, then after a week Nanduja came in picture this and i asked fee for refund and she told me refund team will contact me after eating for 2 weeks I contact back again and Nilofer was assigned to assist me again after few days of taking she is unresponsive over email and phone. She mentioned me that she will be creating a refund ticket for me but no ticket is there when i check today. And overall IndiaFilings have scammed me for 8500 and wasted my 2 months
