Extremely Poor & Frustrating Company Registration Experience
My experience with IndiaFilings for new company registration was extremely disappointing.
After payment, the entire process became chaotic. I was handled by multiple representatives including Ankit, Verman, and Thoufiq, but there was no coordination or ownership. Each follow-up led to a different response, repeated questions, and conflicting information.
Timelines were missed without explanation, updates had to be chased constantly, and even basic clarification required multiple reminders. Instead of a smooth registration process, it felt disorganized and exhausting.
For a service that claims to simplify company registration, this was a complete opposite experience. I would not recommend this to anyone who values time, clarity, and professionalism.
They are looting money from people, I obtained their service for getting trademark and paid some of money around 8K almost in 8 to 9 months ago. after 2 or 3 months I am get's update on the status but after 6 months I didn't get any update and today on 11 Feb I get the call from their agent name Shivani, she told me that sir we get an objection on your trademark and we have to appear in the court and for this service you have to pay us 10k more. I told her. if I get an objection from the 2nd party, please show me the notice which issued by court afterward I will pay the amount whatsoever & why you people calling me on the last day, this is your fault not mine.
These guys are total frauds. The owner doesnt even sit in India and it is being run a bunch of frauds here. They take 6 months for basic company filing. The owner will be soon served a notice for 420 fraud for cheating.
Guys be careful from these incompetent company. Their staff is very irresponsible and very arrogant. They don't file GST returns on time, leaving us to pay penalties for the non filling of returns. Very terrible services are rendered. Their employees keep changing and they keep your work pending.
The service has been incredibly disappointing with no follow-up at all. It's been nearly three months, and I still haven't received the GST or MSME Certificate. The level of professionalism is lacking, making for a horrible experience. The associate handling my case has been highly unprofessional and has failed to secure the GST certificate for the company. For almost two months, he hasn't answered calls and keeps promising to call back in ten minutes, which never happens. I've been trying to reach him daily for the past week, but he doesn’t pick up. I feel that this company is not trustworthy. I believe any qualified professional could complete the task in less time and at a lower cost. I regret choosing to work with them.

This has been one of the worst corporate services I've encountered. Please be cautious and think twice before engaging with them, as recovering your money is unlikely. Consider offline service providers for better support.
