Indiafiling claims to be one of the best and top companies in India for these kinds of services. Let me give you my open and honest review:Indiafiling is only focused on selling. It feels like they hire uneducated staff for services. They gave me false hope by saying that my desired company name “____ PVT LTD” was available. I trusted them and paid for company registration services. But once they received the payment, they just told me to go to their dashboard and download the app.When I logged in, nothing was there. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp (where I had already started a conversation), but there was no response. Then I found out their app is broken on iPhone, so chat and support don’t even work. I reported this issue to them, but again, no response.Later, I received an email about company registration documents. I replied within a minute, but again—no response. They wasted my time, spoke for 5 minutes, then left the chat unattended. Is this what you call customer support? Is this how you value your customers?The next day, I received a message asking for my UK number, which I provided. They assigned me another RM (relationship manager). He asked me for the company name I wanted, and when I told him, he said it wasn’t possible because of one restricted word “group.” He then suggested another name, but when I checked, that name was already registered.I asked him if he was sure the name was available, and he said yes. I asked again, he still said yes. The third time, after I insisted, he finally admitted it was not available after “checking with an expert.” This shows how careless and unprofessional their staff is.I chose Indiafiling because I saw good reviews online, but now I feel those reviews are fake. In reality, here’s what I faced: I paid for a company name they said was available, and later they told me it was not possible. Their excuse: they can file that name, but if it gets rejected, I’ll have to choose another. I understand the process, but why would the salesperson confirm the exact name as “available” in the first place?To make things worse, they left conversations unattended while I was still waiting for answers. When I asked for a refund, they told me to raise a ticket in their app. How can I do that when their app itself is broken? I even shared screenshots of the broken app with them—no response. I have all the screenshots and proof of everything I’ve mentioned here.⸻What I actually found about Indiafiling: 1. Salespeople and RMs lack knowledge. 2. Service is extremely poor and unacceptable. 3. iPhone app is broken. 4. They do not value their customers. 5. Very unprofessional staff. 6. Fake reviews on the internet. 7. No response regarding refunds. 8. They suddenly leave chats even while conversations are ongoing.⸻ConclusionBefore choosing Indiafiling, please read this review and make your decision wisely. I personally own and run 4 companies in the UK, and I have never faced this kind of disappointment there. I truly regret trusting Indiafiling while trying to set up my holding company in India 🇮🇳.
