What a shit company seriously, no where in their domain/trademark-registration page it says there would be extra $299 per class for foreign nationals, also it showcase that "Foreign nationals and entities can file trademarks in India with a ₹9,000 filing fee" and just below that they have showcased ₹9,000 Includes Filing Fee"And that too is fine, when you ask for refund just after finding out that you are not eligible they would outright say 20% will be deducted ? i mean for what its just 5 min you have not even started anything
