I have attempted to use the official Indian Visa application website on line over 20 times now with no success. As others have done too, I tried multiple browsers on various devices, and servers. This is the site linked to the U.K Government website so I wanted to be sure I went to an official link. The site crashes frequently, and does not always save all your data input, Eventually I was at the final stage with a pdf version of my passport under 300kb and still it will not accept and upload stating that the passport must be in pdf format. WHICH IT IS. Other sites seem to charge a lot of money. I do not know where to go now.
