This is easily the most frustrating web application I have ever dealt with. Despite my background in information systems and user-friendly design, I found the instructions unclear, the data validations faulty, and saving work was inconsistent. Frequent disconnections from the platform led to data loss and the need to repeatedly re-enter information.
Undoubtedly the worst web application or any type of software I have ever encountered. I have a background in information systems and have designed user-centered systems. The instructions are poorly written and vague; the data validations are erroneous, and there is a persistent inability to save work reliably, along with frequent disconnections causing data loss and repetitive input.
I consider myself fairly tech-savvy, having designed several websites and managed hosting, but this platform is among the worst I've experienced. It feels like a throwback to the days of constant crashes (for those who remember earlier Windows versions!). There are numerous bugs, and certain browsers are incompatible. Tips: Clear your browser history between sessions, especially if using multiple applications. Ensure you save your progress early, as one mistake could erase all your data. The passport photo must be in PDF format, and file size matters, which complicates things since JPEG is easier. Even after completing the process, downloading the visa is confusing. Quite the experience!
A complete nightmare! The relevant authorities should be ashamed! There is no transparency or accountability; the previous policy of a 72-hour visa has vanished, leading to prolonged delays. Customer support is far below minimal expectations. They seem indifferent—just asking you to be patient. If anyone books a flight, ensure you apply for your visa at least two months in advance. The 30-day visa isn’t effective this time.
An absolute farce of a service. No visas on arrival from the UK nor emergency visas. I lost my grandfather this week in India, and I missed his funeral, still stuck in the UK with my bags packed. I applied for an e-visa and sent multiple emails to expedite the process, only to receive replies instructing me to wait for processing! I’m still waiting. Shame on the visa system. I lost my chance to say goodbye to my grandfather!
Extremely poor service. The visa process took far longer than promised. I had to reschedule my business travel, incurring extra costs. I’ve been trying to reach them via email and phone, but I never get through. AVOID TRAVELING IF YOU CAN! WORST SERVICE EVER.
I have been trying to apply for an e-visa for six days. After facing numerous issues with the website, I finally submitted the form, only to receive a message indicating my passport PDF was unacceptable due to poor quality or download issues. I re-uploaded it but received further messages saying it was still unacceptable. Now, I can’t re-upload as the system says it’s already uploaded. I’m stressed and frustrated, and I’ve sent three emails with no response! This feels like a dead end. Any advice on what to do next?
