I cannot recommend this platform. I ordered two sarees that were promised by September 4, 2025. They later pushed the delivery to September 12-25, despite my travel plans. After multiple refund requests, they refused and gave contradictory dispatch information. Eventually, one saree arrived too late for the wedding, rendering the order useless. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I had to escalate through PayPal to protect my money. ⚠️ They are dishonest about dispatch times, unhelpful with refunds, and unreliable with delivery promises.
