We ordered six items with a two-week lead time, and all were delivered to our hotel in Delhi as promised. The fit isn't perfect but is close enough, and the materials are truly beautiful. The sales staff maintained good communication, and despite some confusion, we are pleased with everything we received.
First, the positives: they have responsive customer service and meet their timelines. However, be cautious when ordering. The fabric quality is not as shown; it's mostly synthetic instead of ‘silk’ or similar. The linings are synthetic too. Different color options may have varying fabrics and stitching. Their stitching can make you look larger than you are. The worst part was being offered $15 as compensation when I raised my concerns. I regret ordering eight suits from them and have decided to give away some of these clothes.
Their website claims 'tariff-free delivery' to the US, which is entirely misleading. I received a separate tariff invoice. They haven't responded to my inquiry about this. I ordered four items, but after multiple production delays, I was informed that one was discontinued, and they did refund that item.
** The clothes are nice - BUT their customer service is the worst I've encountered.** Check sizing carefully; I bought four items, all labeled the same size, but one fit while two were too large, and one never arrived. They kept changing the delivery date for one item, so I requested a refund. Sixteen days later, I'm still waiting. I spoke to someone on WhatsApp about my return request, so please do not claim I never contacted you.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a kurta with a jacket and shoes a month before a wedding. Shipping was delayed twice, and despite trying to cancel multiple times, I was told it was already out for delivery. They are now delivering two months after the wedding.
I cannot recommend this platform. I ordered two sarees that were promised by September 4, 2025. They later pushed the delivery to September 12-25, despite my travel plans. After multiple refund requests, they refused and gave contradictory dispatch information. Eventually, one saree arrived too late for the wedding, rendering the order useless. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I had to escalate through PayPal to protect my money. ⚠️ They are dishonest about dispatch times, unhelpful with refunds, and unreliable with delivery promises.
