I rented a campervan with them for the first (and probably last) time to go on a trip with a friend. We drove around 1000km in 5 days (not a lot, in my opinion, for the kind of vehicle and service I rented). Yesterday, we got to Castelo Branco, stopped the van and went for a walk around town. When we got back, the battery was dead and we couldn't turn it on. We contacted costumer support to check how we should act and your people pretty much told us to F off and look for local help. I would like to point out we waited a long time just to get told that. We did find help and managed to jumpstart the van and started going back to Lisbon so we could check out the van today. It was a 3 hours non-stop drive, should've been enough to charge the battery (their custumer support said we should drove at least 1 hours). At the end, we turned it off. After that, we tried to drive again, same thing happened and the van didn't start. Once more, we reached costumer support, we explained the situation and told it was the second time. Once more, they pretty much told to F off and look for local help and started ignoring us. We had to call, we had to insist for the van to get towed, because the costumer support didn't absolutely nothing in almost 2 hours of contact with us. After we called insurance and called a tow truck, they finally decided to do something. They told the tow company to keep the van on their park (it was sunday, all the shops were closed) and told us they would get us and hotel for the night. Couldn't even get us transport, I was the one that had to do it.At the hotel, we had to pay an extra that your custumer support said they wouldn't cover.Because of the van's mechanical problem and your inability to help us, we lost almost a full day of the service I rented and paid fully.Yesterday, I asked their very "helpfull" costumer support if I needed to go to the check out (since I didn't had a vehicle to check out) and they said no. Today I got an email telling me I was late and threatening to charge me extra and take legal action against me.
