I am incredibly let down. The platform does not take action against creators who clearly violate their terms of use. After backing a campaign for over $500 and patiently waiting through three years of delays, the creator has chosen to ignore backers, and the service has done nothing. What is the point of having terms that require ongoing communication if creators can act poorly without any repercussions, leaving backers with no options? This experience has significantly shaken my faith in crowdfunding, and I doubt I will ever back another campaign here.
