Imagine investing 200 hours and thousands of dollars following all recommended steps to succeed on a platform built on trust. Then, they announce changes that feel questionable but assure you they will benefit you. You share your campaign widely and tell investors to hold tight, believing you'll succeed. When you finally launch, you find your campaign is a dead link. Support suggests 'starting over,' which is laughable. All that time and money wasted, and you’re stuck with a dead link in print media and a flood of confused emails. You’re forced to switch to a more reliable platform, but the losses can’t be recovered as you planned everything for a specific timeline and lost many supporters. In a fair world, the platform would compensate me, but now I must come to terms with how they mishandled everything in just a few days. Their current spending on 'support' is futile and should have been directed toward improvements before this disaster. The only other service I dislike this much is another well-known platform.
