The web check in has been designed to force you to pay for a seat. I have constantly tried to go through having checked the assigned seat box but I still end up with a bill for paid seats. Trying to chat with the bot is hopeless. All of the contact options are also useless. The email gets no response. The WhatsApp chat does not work. The link given by the bot to talk to a human also doesn’t work. In my opinion, this is all by design to cause exasperation to the point that the customer gives in and pays for a seat. What an underhanded, dishonest company.
