When you make a payment it takes a week…

When you make a payment it takes a week for it to post on your account, i.e. they hang on to your money for a week when other credit card companies I deal with post your payment within minutes. Also, after having the card for 12 months, having always paid my monthly bill in full and on time, they have never offered a credit limit increase and want to charge me $99 renewal fee for a $300 credit limit. I would have to be insane to do that. No thanks.
