I applied for this card and never received it. I called about it, they checked my address, sent a new one, I still never received it. I called them to ask them to take off the fees collecting while my card wasn’t even activated yet. They closed my account but now my credit took a dip because of “late payment to indigo”. Now I am calling credit bureaus to dispute this mess. Just don’t get it. Its a scam.

One star is far too generous for this card. I had to contact customer support due to a decline on my card. The representative struggled with English and insisted on asking irrelevant questions to verify my identity. They then informed me that the card would be blocked, and I would need to send in paperwork to have it unblocked. It's amusing how they processed my payments without issue. I will be canceling both cards I have with the company.

Not recommended for credit rebuilding efforts.

This card is not suitable if you're looking to rebuild your credit. I would not suggest getting it. There are better alternatives available. I consistently paid my bill early each month and was never late, yet they failed to report my positive payment history to the credit bureau. I've heard from others that they will report if you're late, but that doesn't help much. It seems unreasonable to keep this card when it offers no advantages and no credit limit increases. I don't see the point in having a card that doesn't provide any real benefits.

Issues with Due Date Adjustments

They refuse to allow any changes to the due date. Unlike my other credit card providers, which are flexible, this card has been a letdown. I plan to cancel it once it's paid off. As a well-known social media influencer, I will advise others to avoid this service and card.

Not a Card I Would Recommend

This is not a card I would suggest. There are no credit line increases, and even when payments are made on time, purchases can be declined, which is perplexing. A $300 credit limit is all you can expect, and it simply isn't worth it to me. In my opinion, you're better off applying elsewhere.

A Poor Card Experience

I pay off my card twice a month. However, payments take two days to process, and then the service delays posting for three days, despite taking the funds from my account. The fees are excessive, and the support team is overseas, making communication difficult. I recommend canceling this card and finding a better option.

Concora-Serviced Mastercards Are Frustrating

The MasterCard services from this provider are terrible. Each month, I made timely payments via their website, but they would debit my account and then return the funds. Customer service failed to grasp the issue, and there was no escalation process. After six months, both cards were canceled due to supposed suspicious activity, even though they were the ones reversing my payments. This severely impacted my credit, which I had aimed to improve. If you're working hard to boost your credit score, don't risk it with any card from this provider.
